This is where you can read what I found helpful, how I think, make a comment, suggestion, request, express, or just simply clear your mind.

We have have six (6) categories :

  • Clarity: How to see things as they are and make informed decisions NOT react to situations

  • Courage: How to move past fear. I mean deep inner fear that hits the emotions not only scared heights but fear of being hurt

  • Stillness: How to be present and open the doors to your subconscious. How to stop the chatter also called monkey brain.

  • Support: What kind of support do you need? Sometimes just expressing yourself and allowing yourself to hear your pain in words clears the path into inner peace

  • Discipline: What do I do and how did I start. Discipline sounds so structured and inline with rules but it’s not all that hard when you have purpose

  • Forgiveness: It’s not about them, it’s about you. You carry that pain that is missing from their heart.
